One pays, everyone else takes part
Anyone who helps out in the field pays nothing. The platform is paid for by a funding body for its district — on terms we agree with you personally.
One pays, everyone else is in
WildRescue is licensed for an entire district. You decide who takes on the funding — farmers, fawn rescuers and hunters use the platform free of charge either way.
Rescue group
A fawn rescue association that works across municipal boundaries takes on the funding for its area.
For associations →District hunting association
The district hunting association funds the platform for its hunting grounds, associations and helpers — one point of contact for the whole district.
For hunters →District farmers’ association
The district farmers’ association funds the platform for its member farms — reporting a mowing stays simple and free for every farm.
For associations & districts →District authority
The district can also license it for the whole district — with figures for the district council and the press.
For districts →One contract, one annual invoice
Free for everyone in the field — farmers, fawn rescuers and hunters pay nothing.
No user limit — as many associations, farms and helpers as needed.
Setup and training — we set up the district, associations and hunting grounds and take over existing data.
Impact report — fawns rescued and hectares checked, always up to date.
GDPR and servers in Germany — with a data processing agreement and a deletion policy.
App and web — the same licence, no extra charge per device.
Annual price on request
The price depends on the size of the area. Trying it out and setting it up cost nothing — you receive a written quote, suitable for budget planning, a council proposal or a funding application.
- Step 1

We show you the platform — to your board, at your office or by video call.
- Step 2

In writing, with the annual price for your area.
- Step 3
Setup
We set things up, train your people and support the first season.
The licence is eligible for funding
Digitalisation programmes for volunteering (for example from the German Foundation for Engagement and Volunteering or the German federal states), hunting levy funds, local authority grants for associations and regional foundations subsidise software, rollout and training. For the application you usually just need a written quote — we will provide one. WildRescue is not eligible under the federal fawn rescue programme run by the BLE (Federal Office for Agriculture and Food): it funds drones and accessories only.
Shall we talk about your district?
